Cancellation Policy

Dear Client
Thank you for making a booking at Dr H Medical Aesthetics. We look forward to seeing you.

Please note the following:

• Please come to your appointment timeously. We value the booked time with you.
• A 48 hour confirmation whatsapp/call or email will be sent to you. Kindly confirm your appointment.
• Consultation fee of R600 is levied for all first time consultations with Doctor, in addition to treatments undertaken and is non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to request deposits (R600) for high “traffic times”. Such a request will be communicated to you prior to booking. Booking will not be made without proof of payment, which can be sent to us via whatsapp or email. Deposit is non-refundable.
• 24 hour cancellation policy:
- Bookings must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. If this is not done, a booking fee of R600 will be required to be payable.
- If there is a no show on the appointment day, a booking fee of R600 will be required to be payable.
- If a second booking is made, the client will be required to pay the full treatment price. If the final price is unknown, we will provide a close estimated price to be made. If there is a no show, or the second appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours again, the client will forfeit the treatment amount paid.
- Payment secures bookings with respect to the points above regarding the cancellation policy. If there is no payment, a booking cannot be made.
• Please inform us if you are running late. We will try to accommodate you in the best way possible. If we do have other clients, time will be deducted from your treatment time.
• Dr H Medical Aesthetics will not be held liable for any injuries, theft or accidents whilst on the premises.
• Dr H Medical Aesthetics cannot guarantee any product or treatment results.
